Tik-Tok has officially announced it’s partnership with the W.H.O., otherwise known as the World Health Organization recently due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak worldwide. Tik-Tok has decided to donate $10 million to the W.H.O. to provide to the relief effort of multiple people globally. On top of that, many Tik-Tok users are also posting quarantine routines and other various forms of ways to stay safe during these tough times which are then broadcasted to millions. Since a lot of younger kids think that they are invincible to the virus, having older influencers who have a ton of reach to knock those people back down to reality has been huge for everyone affected. Tik-Tok has also partnered with the World Health Organization to promote their messages through videos and they are also doing live streams with representatives from the organization in order to further spread the safety messages that they need to. Tik-Toks $10 million will immediately be used in order to aid the relief effort, especially the nurses and doctors on the front lines of the virus. The $10 million will also go into finding vaccines and new ways to flatten the curve of the virus itself. All in all, Tik-Tok has done its part and will continue to support those who are effected.
